Taylor Bethea
Community Manager
Originally from Lexington, SC, Taylor first joined HHHunt in 2016 as a Leasing Consultant. She brought with her a wealth of industry knowledge and made tremendous contributions to our operations at Abberly Village in West Columbia, SC. In August 2022 she moved to the Lowcountry to lead our team at Abberly Chase. Taylor is passionate about the property management industry and enjoys developing talent and leading an award-winning team that delivers an amazing resident experience. In her free time, Taylor enjoys being on the water, attending concerts, spoiling her fur baby (Riggs the pup), and traveling.
Emmy Moore
Leasing Consultant
Emmy joined HHHunt in 2025, where she brings over eight years of customer service experience to her role. She is passionate about helping residents find the perfect place to call home and is committed to delivering a seamless and positive leasing experience. With a strong focus on communication, professionalism, and attention to detail, Emmy ensures that each interaction reflects HHHunt’s high standards of care and service. Outside of work, Emmy enjoys spending quality time with her two sons, traveling to new destinations and discovering unique restaurants.
Guadalupe De La Rosa
Leasing Consultant
Guadalupe is originally from Mexico but has called Hardeeville, SC home for many years. With over a decade of experience in customer service—and additional expertise in finance, health, hospitality, and retail—she brings a versatile background to her first role at HHHunt. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Guadalupe enjoys helping residents feel welcome and guiding them through their housing journey, making them feel they found the right place to call home. In her free time, Guadalupe enjoys spending quality time with her son, singing karaoke, freestyle dancing, painting, working out and relaxing with Korean dramas or crime documentaries.
Matthew Zoran
Service Manager
Matthew grew up in Illinois and moved to the Lowcountry in 2004. He has been with HHHunt since March of 2012. Matthew enjoys spending time with his loving family, cooking, and reading.
Steven Perez
Service Technician
Steven is originally from New York, NY where he attended Seward Park High School. He has been with HHHunt since May 2012. During his time off, he enjoys spending time with his four children and two grandchildren.
Brian Hanson
Service Technician
Brian is a skilled craftsman with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in screen door installation and carpentry. Originally from Pennsylvania, he built his foundation on hard work, integrity, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. After relocating to the Lowcountry, Brian has continued to refine his skills—earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right the first time. His decades of experience and dedication to his craft make him a trusted professional and a valued part of the community he now calls home.
Tom Emelo
Service Technician
Tom dedicated more than 20 years to serving and protecting others through his work in law enforcement. His commitment to public safety and genuine care for the community made a lasting impact across Hampton County and Barnwell, where he was known for his integrity and calm under pressure. Originally from Pennsylvania, Tom eventually made his way south and has called the Lowcountry home for the past 15 years. He continues to carry the same principles of service, respect, and kindness that guided his career in uniform.
