The price is similar to any other complex's in the area but the amenities surpass any of the competitors. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance team is reliable when needed, we have never had to wait longer than a day or 2 for a usual request and never more than a few hours for emergencies. Ashley and Sydney are always more than helpful and always go above and beyond, even calling us back when an apartment we wanted became available in our price range.

I have been living in Abberly Chase for 4 years now, and have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and location. Maintenance always takes care of us quickly and goes above and beyond to ensure the space is left clean and functional. Rent is affordable and the multiple amenities (gym, pool, game room, computer lab, car wash w/ vacuum) are extremely convenient. I recommend checking this place out (especially if you like dogs)

Steven Perez is THE MAN! The maintenance staff has always been great. This visit Steven took care of the original issues that were brought up but also took the time to show a couple tricks to self clean/save money and also a couple things to watch out for. Ray came to inspect, and then replace, my kitchen light ballast on 8/16/2018 and did a great job! As always, I am impressed by his good service; he was efficient, polite, and told us if we had any more problems to contact him. Good work, Ray!

We had an issue with our washing machine and Matt took care of it for us right away. Matt and his team always do a great job and are one of the key reasons we keep renewing our lease.

Maintenance always goes above and beyond at Abberly Chase. They replaced my kitchen light within 1 hour of me calling, and they even cleaned the bugs and dirt out of the cover. They are a big reason why I love living here. The maintenance management is extremely helpful and professional.

I live at 118 Glenwater Dr. Apt 104 and we just had a screen panel replaced on our patio on Monday 7/9/18 at 1:46 pm. The technician, Ray, did a wonderful job!! He was courteous and very kind, and completed the repair quickly. He did a great job, and made sure I was satisfied with the repair before he left. I am very pleased with Ray's work, attitude, and the speed with which Abberly Chase sent him out to repair the screen! Thanks!

I was again very pleased with the work Matthew did for us in our new apartment. He came back on Friday March 6 as he promised to touch up the paint on our walls and bring us extra touch paint if we needed it later. He has been very helpful and reliable in helping us fix things as we moved in to our new apartment.

I am very pleased with the assistance that I get from Jennifer every time I come into the office. She is always very nice and knows how to handle any concern I have. This time it was an issue with setting up my online monthly payment. Rather than simply saying there was a glitch in the system, she actually looked into my file, made whatever computer change needed and then walked m through the new sign-in process. EVERY encounter is like this. Jennifer is a great asset to Abberly Chase!!

My service tech was Matthew and he is an excellent technician. Matthew installed a ceiling fan, raised the towel rack in the master bath, raised our water heater temperature, adjusted the vertical blinds, and fixed the floor between the kitchen and living room. He offered friendly service that was very well done and offered to come back whenever we may need something. We were very appreciative and impressed with the friendly service.

I wanted to say when we were having problems we could come in and talk with Jen Lopez and she would makes us feel comfortable about living in an apartment since we have not lived in a apartment for awhile. Helping us under stand what are normal noises are and what would be determined excessive. the other staff were good but we felt Jen understood our personal problems because she lived here.

I decided to got with a gated community & signed a lease with Courtney Bend. Jennifer Lopez was awesome & a great representative for Abberly Chase.

Stopped at the office to tell them a switch broke on our dryer. Matt was at our place in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were up and running again. Service here is fantastic!

I've been a resident at Abberly Chase since January, 2014. Now, I can't imagine living anywhere else. The Management and Staff are totally dedicated to making our lives blissful. My apartment didn't require too many repairs, but when I needed something done, it didn't take 24 hours. Anyone who is seeking Privacy, Security and Piece of Mind, this is the place I'd recommend. Outstanding staff on site. Jennifer went above and beyond to accommodate myself and coworkers from ordering furniture to cable tv and garages. When i did call several times to make living arrangements for my other coworkers if Jennifer wasn't available then Melissa took over. The transition was flawless and i have nothing but praise for the staff.

Aaron was very helpful and explained to me exactly what was happening with my A/C unit and why I was hearing a dripping sound. He completed a check of the unit and made sure all was in working order.

I must say that Jennifer really loves what she does. Yesterday I was working out in the fitness center, when a resident tried several times to access the pool area using his entry key to no avail. I was about to go out to assist him, but he walked away. He returned, with Jennifer. She ensured that his access key was working and showed him how to use it to gain access. I'd like to take this opportunity "thank" the management and staff for being a party to the resident Pot Luck Dinner Friday 3/28. It was well organized, with something for adults and children. The staff here is awesome especially Mrs Jennifer and Mrs Melissa are great. They helped me to make my decision to move here for my first apartment a very good one. They left a warm and inviting feeling and I'm thankful that they are here.

I called Jennifer at around 11:00 or so, and Steve O came to fix the problem while I was at work, the Service card indicated that he arrived at 12:30. Response time for both were remarkable. She is one of the reasons we chose. customer service is very important as most apartments do not vary too much but the service provided is. I have been in sales all my life and she is top notch. she is very professional and catered to our needs. she is a good representation of your company and that is not always easy to find these days

Steve did a fantastic job! As soon as I put my request in on Friday, he showed up within an hour or so. He informed me that I needed a new sink (faucet) since it was leaking--which would take a few days to order and show up. Sure enough, he showed up today (Tuesday) with the new faucet to replace the old one. Steve worked efficiently and quietly yet was friendly in convo before he left. He's a good service technician to have on hand. :)

The person completed the work, even folded the towel that was on the floor under the dishwasher to soak up the water. He noticed that the unit had not been screwed in place and took the initiative to correct that as well, even though it was not on the service request.

My A/C was not working. It was after 5pm when I called the office. They still had a repairman at my Apt in less then 15 minutes. it was fixed and working great. Excellent job. Thank you
