Why We Love Ridgeland, SC

  |     |   Community

Affectionately known as “The High Point of the Low Country,” Ridgeland is a remarkable place to call home! We’re proud to live and work in this area. Ridgeland has so much to offer and here are some of the reasons why Abberly Chase team and residents are proud to call this area home:

Rich Heritage: Nestled along I-95 in close proximity to booming Bluffton, Ridgeland is a small town with a rich heritage. Considered one of the last remaining authentic low country communities, Ridgeland has preserved this charming culture at the Morris Center for Lowcountry Heritage. Not only is the center a great place to learn about the area’s heritage, it’s also wonderful place to take a yoga or craft class, attend a gala, or throw an event.

Food and Drink Scene: If you’re like us, you’re always on the hunt for the next great restaurant or craft brewery. Ridgeland home to award-winning barbecue restaurants and serves as a hub for craft breweries and wineries. The town has incomparable flavor and we especially love Bar-B-Q Grill,  River Dog Brewing Company, and Dead Eric Brewing Company

Great Outdoors: At Abberly Chase, we love spending time outdoors. One of the best ways to enjoy the natural beauty of Ridgeland is at the 10-acre Blue Heron Nature Center. The center is nature preservation area featuring a three-acre pond, wetland, a butterfly garden, and picnic area. The scenic views here are unparallel! Ridgeland is also conveniently located just minutes from Hilton Head Island and its beautiful beaches.

If you’ve fallen in love with everything Ridgeland has to offer, let Abberly Chase help you make it your home.
