We allow a maximum of 3 animals in the apartment. Of the 3 animals allowed, no more than 2 dogs are allowed.
Only the following animals are allowed on the premises; Dogs, cats, fish, pet mice, hermit crabs, gerbils, Guinea pigs, birds, ferrets, rabbits. Animal deposits and/or fees are required for dogs and cats. Dogs and cats must be housebroken prior to bringing them to the apartment. With the exception of dogs and cats, all other animals must be caged at all times.
No, we do not have breed restrictions but we do require a meet and greet with the animals to make sure they are not vicious.
For purposes of fire safety, use and storage of grills on screened-in porches is not allowed, however we do offer various grilling and picnic spots throughout the community, as well as a gas grill in the pool area!
We do offer three options to terminate your lease early. All three options require a 60day written notice. Your Abberly Chase Management Team Member will be happy to discuss these options with you.
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
We offer flexible lease terms from 3 months to 15 months.
There are a few options for reporting a service request. You can call or stop by the office, or you can submit your request via our website at www.liveAbberlychase.com. We do have a Service Team Member on-call 24/7 for emergency situations. Just call our 24 hour emergency line for service!
Rent is due on the first of every month.
Late fees are assessed on the 6th of the month.
We do accept payments from your bank, however they must be received by the 5th of the month to avoid late charges.
Persons who will be staying 14 consecutive days or longer will need to go through the application process.
Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
We do have detached garages available for a monthly fee. Garages include remote access and electric!
All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. Extra vehicles must be parked in secondary parking spaces. If you require locked parking spaces, we do offer detached garages for lease.
Yes, it is necessary to provide the office with all people that will be or currently reside in the apartment.
Apartments with the correct exposure are permitted to place satellite dishes on a tripod within the screened-in porch.
We will be happy to accept your packages if you are not home!
No. Security deposits are held in a separate account throughout the lease.
Yes. We do allow guarantors for income and/or credit reasons.
