Top Summer Workout Tips

At Abberly Chase, wellness is a huge focus for our team members and residents. As summer approaches, we wanted to share tips for making the most of your summer workouts at Abberly Chase. Check out our top tips:

Outdoor Workouts:  Outdoor fitness is still enjoyable in the summer! Try scheduling your outdoor activities outside of 10 am to 5 pm, when temperatures are at their highest. You’ll find cooler temperatures during the early morning and closer to sunset. Enjoy yoga in the shade of our beautiful palm trees or a walk around the expansive ponds. When you’re ready to cool off, enjoy a leisurely and refreshing swim in our zero-entry pool! 

Protect Your Skin: If you’re heading outside, grab a hat to keep your head cool and the sun off your face. Make sure to lather up with sunscreen! Using a sunscreen that’s at least SPF 45 and reapplying every two hours will keep your skin from burning.

Indoor Workouts: As temperatures climb higher and higher, indoor workouts can be more practical. Why join a health club chain when you can enjoy a state-of-the art fitness center in the community? Abberly Chase makes it happen! With an Adrenaline Cardio and Strength Studio and a Pilates stretching room at the fitness center, your workout possibilities are endless.
