Maintenance Tip

We all enjoy our patios, whether we use them for a little extra storage, extra living space, or a place for unwinding with a cup of coffee on the weekend, there are a few things to remember:

  • If you are not on the ground floor, anything that you let drop on the floor of your patio will end up on your neighbor’s head below you. So please, be aware of what you drop.
  • The blinds that lead out onto your patio are really nice, but sometimes they can be a little difficult. If your blinds are hard to slide or twist open, check the tops of the blind slats (also called “vanes”) if there are one or two that are not pointed in the same direction as the rest of them, chances are that this is your problem.
  • And although we all like to support our favorite teams with banners, they are not allowed inside your patio. Patio season is right around the corner!
