If you live in an apartment near Bluffton, SC then you may know that the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales are coming to Bluffton this week.
To celebrate their 82nd anniversary with Anheuser-Busch this year, the Clydesdales will be making multiple appearances in the area.
The horses will be on Calhoun Street Friday from 4 to 6 p.m. and will also be part of the Old Town Dispensary’s fifth anniversary celebration.
Visitors will be able to interact with the hitch team. The Bluffton appearance is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday and coincides with the Old Town Dispensary's fifth anniversary.
In addition to the Bluffton stop, the Clydesdales will make other area stops, including the St. Patrick’s Day Parade 3 p.m. Sunday on Hilton Head Island and St. Patrick’s parades on Tybee Island Saturday and Savannah March 17.
The Clydesdales made their first appearance for Anheuser-Busch on April 7, 1933, when they delivered a case of Budweiser to the White House in celebration of the repeal of prohibition of beer.
